About Us

It is our sense that the search for purpose is answered only in the awakening to our own soul essence within the human form and the understanding of the mechanisms of connection therein. - Kiera Laike

About the Practitioners
There are three types of Embodied Practitioners available to you. Each Practitioner has studied and maintained Embodied Meditation Practice for at least the past one years (some for as long as 10 years). This practice is an active energy practice to establish the emergence of each Practitioner’s soul birthright skills and abilities. Each practitioner has gathered and integrated enough of their own past-life footprints to have emerged into and work under their soul essence name. The Embodied Practitioners will communicate what they see and sense, regarding your topic or questions, through their soul essence.

Through many cultures, from many traditions, people have changed their names, been given new names, or have taken new names. For example, some Native American tribes give a person a new name to reflect that person's initiation or joining of the tribe. Our embodied names emerge from our gathering of our soul essence, which brings us our soul name. When we use our soul name, it is a marker of our oneness with our embodied soul. Our practitioners practice under their soul names.

Embodied Sessions:
All of the healings are organized through the theory of Sensology, the energy practice of Embodied Practice. At the core of Sensology, we are energetic, sensing, and in our original relationship of being.

There are three levels of Embodied Practitioners available to you. All of them have a long history of studying and applying Embodied Meditation Practice. This practice is an active energy practice to establish the emergence of each Practitioner’s soul birth right skills and abilities. The Embodied Practitioners can communicate what they sense, regarding your topic or questions, through their soul essence.

It is as if each of us has nine phone lines ringing at once. They are ringing to give us information on each moment of our day. Few of us have the ability to answer even one, and instead may turn to someone else to tell us about the message. Embodied Practitioners have the advantage of being able to answer more than just one or two of these lines. The Embodied Practitioner can give you more complete information to aid you in taking charge of your changing environment.

Your Embodied Practitioner will use their birth right skills and abilities to provide you with the insight, information, and energies necessary to create change in a variety of aspects of life, one step at a time. The Practitioners meet you where you are in your life journey. This means they respect your process and where you are on your healing path. They will help you work on what you are ready to heal.

You will receive a customized service based on the direction and focus of your needs.

Kiera Laike, IRW

Kiera Laike is an Interrelated Embodied Realm Walker. She founded the Embodied Wellness Center in 2004 to teach her Emergence Principles and Embodied Meditation. She currently teaches three Embodied Practice classes, one Embodied Realm Therapist training, and one Embodied Practice Teacher training program. She maintains an active embodied healing practice in person in Michigan and worldwide via remote.

Kiera was 25 years old when she first became aware of her path to understanding soul essence as the energy that regulates our connections across time and space, through a complex mechanism of interrelationship.

Kiera has experienced deep grief in meeting her clients, out of a psychological understanding of being. Even though she rose to the top of her profession, she did not see a self-connection that moved her clients into a self-emergence process that would cascade throughout their lives. In great joy, she now sees this cascading self-emergence in her clients, as they master their energetic developmental stages.

Kiera’s formal training began at Trinity College where she received her BA in psychology and minored in Bible. She furthered her education at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she received a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work. Kiera completed training and is a Certified Bioenergetics Analysis Therapist (CBT). Kiera received her Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) through her work on developmental theories in Sensology and her 7 years of seminar training in Functional Medicine.

Kiera’s formal career in the mental health field encompassed positions at several outpatient mental health clinics, always working with her clients on the cutting edge of treatment and programs. This included her specializing in program development to meet the ever-changing and expanding needs of the mental health client base. When she was working in Minnesota, she brought in a new era of outpatient treatment programs, developing the first eating disorder treatment program to be implemented in the schools. Some of the additional programs that Kiera developed during her career included an adolescent outpatient substance abuse treatment program, a women’s identity program, and a couple’s communication group.

Kiera retired (after being a clinic director for 3 outpatient mental health clinics) in 1998 from her long career as a psychotherapist to begin commit full-time to development of her theory of Sensology, her writings, and her energetic teachings. Kiera’s transition was fueled and motivated by her deep awareness that humans are truly energetic beings. Kiera codified her awareness into "The 13 Developmental Stages of Man", which she has named Bio Self-Emergence; a structured blueprint to what is needed to emerge as energetic being. The work was so intense that Kiera realized that it must be accompanied by an energetic healing practice, so she began the development of Embodied Meditation. She has been teaching, with non-stop new information, every week since - the true sign of emergence. Kiera continues to emerge through her complete past life integrations, back to the point of origin of her star form.

Kiera’s clients genuinely appreciate her expansive heart, clarity, and deep acceptance of their own individual journey. Kiera is a gentle and gifted guide in the gathering of your own soul essence, allowing you to create and experience life in relationship to all things.

Gianna D. Arqe, CFT, CET

Gianna Arqe was attracted to shamanism in her early years, because it offered ways of connection to energies. For fifteen years she devoted herself to the study of shamanism. The value of time spent created many connections and imparted much information opening many paths of awareness.

There came a calling from the depths of her being to embrace knowing on a deeper level. Moving into a new position, Gianna understood the journey needed to be acknowledged. Following her knowing Gianna discovered The Embodied Wellness Center and prepared for the new alignment. Bringing with her questions left unanswered from which only her soul could have imparted.

The training began and in earnest Gianna dove in. The mysteries that had once eluded Gianna became her familiar. The rich experiences became part of her form. Her intimate relationship with her essence opened doorway upon doorway revealing the most sublime posture. Opening avenues of translucent lines and following the connections leading Gianna to an awareness of all that is.

Gianna’s training with the Embodied Wellness Center has created a solid foundation born in functionality that is imparted through her work as a Certified Embodied Field Therapist and Certified Embodied Practice Teacher.

Kiera Laike and the Embodied Practice has been the upmost intrinsic part that has guided and helped Gianna to realize the connection to the very essence of her being. Gianna is ready to share of this deep love and joyful interrelationship of being. It is Gianna’s desire through the sessions to meet and guide others on their journey of awakening and gathering.

Francine Coal, CP, CET

Francine Coal has emerged in her journey to a Certified Embodied Practitioner and Certified Embodied Practice Teacher. Her career in the medical field did not give her the skills to handle a personal tragedy in 2008. It was Kiera Laike who taught her the skills and she is forever grateful to her.

With Kiera’s teachings, Francine has learned the skills and abilities to bring in her past life footprints, being met by earth and sky energy, being in the center of her head, to be grounded, and working with the aspects of grounding (the infinite, finite, masculine, feminine), running her cobalt blue energy, to using her sensing, seeing, hearing, or knowing through her seven vortexes.

The work gave Francine back her footing in life and gave her answers to many questions she has longed to know about life, about loved ones, and about the spiritual realm. It is her heart’s desire to share the transformative healing she has received with others. Francine’s dedication to the Embodied Practice has become an integral part of her life. Clients enjoy her soft, approachable manner which is full of heart.

Angela Stone, CP, CET

Angela Stone, for most of her life, experienced strong insights and saw things others could not see or imagine. Her searching brought her into the Bio Self-Emergence Institute to learn about human energy development. This journey supported Angela moving into training with the Embodied Wellness Center. Four years of training provided a structure that has allowed her to finally understand what she had been seeing and intuiting.

Growing through the embodied structure and connections, Angela has learned to use her insights to do vibration healings. Since 2007, when her training began, Angela has participated in over 1,000 healings.

Living in her own energetic container has changed Angela's experience of life, increasing her ease in being a parent and adding greater fulfillment in her marriage. The understanding of soul-essence gathering and her own daily gathering continues to affect Angela deeply. Her deep awareness of the human field and that container dictates evolution continues to motivate her to offer Embodied Healings.

Edy White, CP, CET

Edy White’s journey began with discontent of the traditional medical profession. While searching for answers and treatments they could not give, Edy turned to an alternative approach. She has learned many healing techniques from many good teachers, but something was still missing.

Edy became a student of Embodied Practice 5 years ago and has earned the honor of Certified Embodied Practitioner and Certified Embodied Practice Teacher. She has reached her goal. With her diligent studies and experience in working with energetic principles, she is content in her understanding and is empowered to help heal others. Edy has found that the techniques of Embodied Practice address the entire being with past and present life and energy fields. This holistic view felt complete to Edy. It inspired her commitment to sharing her abilities with others.

Edy’s life has changed in many wonderful ways since learning the Embodied Practice. She has a profound inner peace and confidence rarely seen in life. Even amidst personal crises and loss for the past two years she feels balanced and supported. Edy has a rewarding career in the medical field and deeper more fulfilling relationships with family and friends. "My life is much happier. My body is functioning, healthy, and well. I feel balanced and whole." Over the last several years, I have experienced full continuous personal crisis and loss - yet through the practice experience, I have felt balanced and supported.

Abbe J. Grossman, MA, CP, CET

Abbe’s first awakening came at an early age. She became aware of how emotions took on an energetic form in people’s bodies. Her soul’s vague knowing of the unlimited healing potential in all emerged fully, in later years, through her own embodied meditation practice.

Abbe began her Embodied Meditation studies in 2005, attending hundreds of hours annually in group and private trainings. This awakened her ability to see and heal the unseen energy that creates our lives. Abbe’s gathering of her own "soul essence" energy, and training in building her vortex/chakras layer by layer, has supported her deep embodied ability to perceive and heal the energetic roots of her clients’ challenges. She is awed by the beauty of her clients’ soul essence filling their energetic vortexes.

Abbe has trained for two decades with an Interrelated Embodied Realm Walker, Kiera Laike, in the Bio-Self Emergence Institute’s (BSEI) Science of Sensology: Theory and Practice. Sensology understands the human energy system from a developmental standpoint. Abbe studied the interrelationship of the brain, the biological body, the vibratory rate of the human energy system, and emotional/ego states.

Her formal education includes a BA from the University of Michigan in 1985, and a Masters in Humanistic and Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology in 1993. During Abbe’s 20 years in a private mental health practice, she integrated traditional, spiritual and alternative treatment modalities. She created and taught an alternative treatment program for overeating conditions.

In her first career she developed and taught an innovative foreign language curriculum in the automotive industry. Here, she first tapped into the flow of energy in teaching groups. Later she developed programs to train foreign language teachers in this approach.

Abbe currently teaches the Embodied Meditation Basic Practice class, the Empowered Relationship with Food class (for healing food addictions and cravings), and the Relationship Healing class in Southfield, Michigan. She offers private healing sessions in person in Southfield, and remotely to a national audience. One of Abbe’s deepest joys is witnessing her students and clients awakening to their soul essence and the emotional and physical transformations that follow.

Sapphira Jemm, CP, CET

Out of her embodied journey, Sapphira Jemm is offering embodied teaching and healings. Her intense and long journey has brought her to a place of this offering. Sapphira initially started her journey of embodiment when she met Kiera Laike several years ago and received individual healings which helped her significantly to overcome some traumatic physical and emotional experiences. She yearned for more and her journey led to her studies under Kiera Laike. Sapphira became a Certified Embodied Practitioner and Teacher of Embodied Meditation after several years of training. The teachings have offered a journey unlike any other practice in that they have provided an avenue to a very personal experience of her own soul essence which then empower her to be connected fully with her Self - and in deeper connection and relationship with others.

Sapphira began teaching Embodied Meditation in 2010 and has experienced deep gratification observing the growth of her students. Through her teaching she observes the growth and change of her students in a way that her many years of teaching other spiritual and healing paths could not achieve. To witness, for example, the ability of a student to become "grounded" after beginning the practice of Embodied Meditation, in a very short period of time, is very exciting for Sapphira - as we live in very ungrounded times these days. Observing her student’s abilities to come into relationship with their truest Self through their practice is deeply gratifying.

Working with the energies of the vortices (chakras) and releasing that which has been "stuck" in the energetic vortices of each student or client, promotes an exquisite and unique healing experience which the recipient feels the benefit of immediately. During Embodied energy healing sessions Sapphira experiences a deep knowing of what is, and the Universe offers generously what is needed for a client’s healing. It is only from being Embodied that this knowing can occur. Her passion for helping others is deeply embodied in her work with clients and students. She finds that Embodied practice gives the connection that only occurs through each person’s gathering of soul essence.
